Payment can be made directly by interact, credit card, or e-transfer. Additionally direct billing can be made through some insurance companies.
Yes, counseling is 100% confidential.   Your trust and safety in us is a major part of the counseling process and we take measures to ensure that it is not broken. Access to confidential information can only be granted following a court subpoena . 
You should seek counseling if you are having difficulty with emotions or your actions which keep you from managing the stress and anxiety of daily life. The changes can be sudden or ongoing.
